For your convenience, the fastest way to reserve your party or event equipment is through our website backyardbouncecompany.com. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. All of our Rides and Games are very popular and often booked weeks and even months in advance. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to be able to obtain the item you want.
Absolutely, all of our inflatables are inspected, cleaned, and disinfected after every rental. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
Supervisors Required (responsible adults) must always be present and actively supervising the use of every bounce house or other ride-in/ride-on inflatable rental. The required number of attendants is shown on the product page for each item, along with other item-specific details such as required setup area size and rider age/height minimums and maximums – it is critical that the required number of attendants are present and actively supervising the use of every inflatable at all times.
Backyard Bounce Company does not provide staff or attendants along with its inflatable party rentals. Our customers are asked to provide their own attendants, which can be the renter/host or a party guest (for backyard rentals) or volunteers (for corporate, school or commmunity event rentals)
Yes. Our inflatables are constructed with quality and safety in mind! All of our units are constructed from commercial grade vinyl with double stitching. All of the materials are fire retardant. The windows of the bounces are made of specially designed mesh netting, which allows for easy viewing and minimizes the chances of getting entangled.
